Using the laws of inertia, the Bodyblade delivers progressive resistance to target both small stabilising muscles and large prime movers. Choose from the 1.5m Pro, which weighs 1.1kg and has a variable resistance level from 0.45 to 15.5kg, or the 1.2m Classic, which weighs 0.7kg and has a variable resistance level from 0.45 to 10kg, or the 1m CXT, which weighs only 0.6kg and has a variable resistance level from 0.45 to 3.6kg.
